How it works
- Add your gear. Type them in, or import the CSV template (CSV import comes with cloud sync). Print QR labels if you like.
- Check out to a person. Pick who takes it and, if you want, a due date. INVNTR records the loan.
- See who has what. Overdue loans stand out. Returns, full or partial, go back to their place, and every move is in the history.

Free CSV template
Common film, photo and AV kit with serial number, value and case columns, handy for insurance lists.
Download av-gear.csv (columns: name, description, category, barcode, serial number, value eur, case)
Import it on the Items page with IMPORT (CSV). CSV import is part of cloud sync (Regular, with a 14-day free trial, or Business); on the free plan, use the template as a checklist. Name, description, barcode and minimum stock become item fields; the other columns become custom fields.
Price
Free: start in your browser, with no account. A free account gives you more room in the browser.
Cloud sync (Regular): €5 a month or €50 a year, with a 14-day free trial. Your data is on our servers in the EU and on all your devices.
Team workspace (Business): from €15 a month, plus a price for each teammate you add. Everyone works on one shared inventory.
Prices include VAT. Cancel at any time.
Questions
Can freelancers borrow gear?
Yes. Add them as people; they do not need an account.
Can I export the list for insurance?
Yes. Export the inventory as a CSV file at any time; with cloud sync also as a PDF.
Where is my data?
On the free plan it stays in your browser. With cloud sync it is stored on our servers in the EU.
