How it works
- Add your tools and machines. Type them in, or import the CSV template (CSV import comes with cloud sync). Print QR labels if you like.
- Check out to a person. Pick who takes it and, if you want, a due date. INVNTR records the loan.
- See who has what. Overdue loans stand out. Returns, full or partial, go back to their place, and every move is in the history.

Free CSV template
A starting list of common makerspace tools and consumables, with an induction column for machines that need training first.
Download makerspace-tools.csv (columns: name, description, category, barcode, min_quantity, storage, induction required)
Import it on the Items page with IMPORT (CSV). CSV import is part of cloud sync (Regular, with a 14-day free trial, or Business); on the free plan, use the template as a checklist. Name, description, barcode and minimum stock become item fields; the other columns become custom fields.

Free: start in your browser, with no account. A free account gives you more room in the browser.
Cloud sync (Regular): €5 a month or €50 a year, with a 14-day free trial. Your data is on our servers in the EU and on all your devices.
Team workspace (Business): from €15 a month, plus a price for each teammate you add. Everyone works on one shared inventory.

Questions
Do members need an account?
No. Members are people in your list; only the person who runs the checkout uses INVNTR. On the free plan the data stays in that browser.
Can several volunteers use it?
Yes, with a Business workspace: everyone signs in and works on the same inventory.
Can members get reminders?
With cloud sync you can turn on weekly reminder emails for overdue loans, sent to borrowers whose contact details include an email address. They are off until you turn them on.
