How it works
- Add your parts and loaners. Type them in, or import the CSV template (CSV import comes with cloud sync). Print QR labels if you like.
- Check out to a person. Pick who takes it and, if you want, a due date. INVNTR records the loan.
- See who has what. Overdue loans stand out. Returns, full or partial, go back to their place, and every move is in the history.

Free CSV template
Common spare parts with minimum stock, supplier and drawer columns, plus two loaner devices.
Download repair-parts.csv (columns: name, description, category, barcode, min_quantity, supplier, drawer)
Import it on the Items page with IMPORT (CSV). CSV import is part of cloud sync (Regular, with a 14-day free trial, or Business); on the free plan, use the template as a checklist. Name, description, barcode and minimum stock become item fields; the other columns become custom fields.

Cloud sync (Regular): €5 a month or €50 a year, with a 14-day free trial. Your data is on our servers in the EU and on all your devices.
Team workspace (Business): from €15 a month, plus a price for each teammate you add. Everyone works on one shared inventory.

Does it handle repair tickets or invoices?
No. INVNTR tracks parts, stock and loans. Use it next to your ticket or till system.
Can the whole team use it?
Yes. A Business workspace lets everyone at the bench sign in and share one inventory.
Can I import my parts list?
Yes, with cloud sync (Regular has a 14-day free trial): save the list as a CSV file and import it. The template shows the columns.
