How it works
- Add your devices. Type them in, or import the CSV template (CSV import comes with cloud sync). Print QR labels if you like.
- Check out to a person. Pick who takes it and, if you want, a due date. INVNTR records the loan.
- See who has what. Overdue loans stand out. Returns, full or partial, go back to their place, and every move is in the history.

Download school-equipment.csv (columns: name, description, category, barcode, serial number, model, room)
Import it on the Items page with IMPORT (CSV). CSV import is part of cloud sync (Regular, with a 14-day free trial, or Business); on the free plan, use the template as a checklist. Name, description, barcode and minimum stock become item fields; the other columns become custom fields.

Cloud sync (Regular): €5 a month or €50 a year, with a 14-day free trial. Your data is on our servers in the EU and on all your devices.
Team workspace (Business): from €15 a month, plus a price for each teammate you add. Everyone works on one shared inventory.

Questions
What should we store about students?
As little as you need. A name or a class code is enough for a loan; contact details are optional. You can delete people and export your data at any time.
Can the whole IT team use it?
Yes. A Business workspace lets several staff members sign in and share one inventory.
Does it work with a barcode scanner?
Yes. USB scanners that type like a keyboard work in the scan box, and phones can scan QR labels with the camera.
