How it works
- Add your tools. Type them in, or import the CSV template (CSV import comes with cloud sync). Print QR labels if you like.
- Check out to a person. Pick who takes it and, if you want, a due date. INVNTR records the loan.
- See who has what. Overdue loans stand out. Returns, full or partial, go back to their place, and every move is in the history.

Add members with the contact details you choose. They borrow; they do not need an account.
Overdue at a glance.
Overdue loans are marked in the app, and with cloud sync you get a daily email about them.
Optional borrower reminders.
With cloud sync, members with an email address can get a weekly reminder about overdue tools. Off until you turn it on.
Condition and notes.
Add fields such as condition, deposit or safety notes to any tool.

A starter catalogue for a community tool library, with condition, deposit and shelf columns.
Download tool-library.csv (columns: name, description, category, barcode, condition, deposit eur, shelf)
Import it on the Items page with IMPORT (CSV). CSV import is part of cloud sync (Regular, with a 14-day free trial, or Business); on the free plan, use the template as a checklist. Name, description, barcode and minimum stock become item fields; the other columns become custom fields.

Cloud sync (Regular): €5 a month or €50 a year, with a 14-day free trial. Your data is on our servers in the EU and on all your devices.
Team workspace (Business): from €15 a month, plus a price for each teammate you add. Everyone works on one shared inventory.

Questions
Can volunteers share one inventory?
Yes. With a Business workspace every volunteer signs in and sees the same tools and loans.
Can we import our current list?
Yes, with cloud sync (Regular has a 14-day free trial): save the list as a CSV file and import it. The template shows the columns.
Do we need to install anything?
No. INVNTR runs in the browser, on computers and phones.
